Yes. DiaspoOps is built for property owners who live somewhere different from where their property is located. The core workflow is not country-specific — your local contact documents what is happening on the property, and you review the complete record from wherever you are.
Does DiaspoOps transfer money?
No. DiaspoOps never holds, moves, or routes money. It documents amounts, quotes, and receipts so you and your local contact share one clear record.
Who makes decisions on my property?
Always you. DiaspoOps never approves, rejects, or makes property decisions automatically.
Who is DiaspoOps for?
Anyone who owns property somewhere they do not live full-time and depends on family, caretakers, local managers, or other trusted people to look after it.
How much does DiaspoOps cost?
The owner pays a monthly subscription based on the number of properties (see Pricing). Manager, caretaker and family access is always free.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. From your account you can export everything (properties, reports, amounts, the audit history) as a JSON file at any time.
