Terms of use

DiaspoOps is a property-operations documentation service. By using it you accept the following principles.

DiaspoOps records and proves. It does not hold or transfer money, compute taxes, provide legal or tax advice, or make any decision on your behalf.
Evidence submitted by a participant is recorded as “documented”, never “verified”. You remain the sole judge of decisions about your property.
The audit history is append-only and cannot be edited — that is a feature of the service.
Subscriptions are paid by the owner; participant access is free. Every account starts with a free trial, and no charge is made until a payment method has been added.
The service is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Your data stays private, is exportable from your account at any time, and can be deleted on request (see the Privacy page).
